They say do not assume that a legal case is ever “open-and-shut.” Nashville, Tennessee has had multiple challenges that have resulted in important lessons-learned. Join Lora Barkenbus Fox, Associate Director of Law for the Nashville Metropolitan Government, and Robin Zeigler, Historic Zoning Administrator for the Nashville Historic Zoning Commission, to explore a collection of past cases and the warnings and lessons they can provide to design review commissions.
