About the Event
Julie Ju-Youn Kim, AIA, Associate Professor; Associate Chair; and Director, Undergraduate Program at Georgia Tech’s School of Architecture, headlines October’s Architects Roundtable with a conversation on the school’s Flourishing Communities Collaborative (FC2) program.
FC2 is modeled after a teaching hospital as an innovative curricular model that builds relationships between students, faculty, practitioners, and the community in applied design thinking and problem solving for under-served communities.
As FC2 director, Julie will share lessons learned from projects like First United Methodist Church, Clarkston Community Health Center, and efforts in Westside Neighborhood English Avenue.
